Be sure your email & phone number is entered correctly & check for a confirmation email after booking.

 

1. Lateness Policy:

• We kindly request that all clients arrive on time for their appointments.
• A grace period of 15 minutes is allowed to accommodate unexpected delays.
• Appointments will be automatically canceled if clients arrive later than 15 minutes.

 

2. Cancellation/Reschedule Policy:

• To reschedule or cancel an appointment, please provide us with a minimum of 48 hours' notice.
• There is a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.
• Deposits are non-refundable upon cancellation. 

 

3. Squeeze Me In Policy:

• If your preferred date or time is unavailable, please contact us at +31646792128 (TEXT ONLY).
• We will make every effort to accommodate your request; however, a €45 squeeze-in fee will apply.
• The €45 squeeze-in fee applies to appointments scheduled before/after regular hours as well. (Check contact Info to see our regular hours)

 

4. Braids Policy:

• Hair must be at least 4" (7cm) in length all around to receive braiding services.
• The listed price for braiding services includes the cost of braiding hair.
• For styles like passion twist, crochet, and bohemian, please refer to the specified quantity of hair packs required under each style, as hair is not included.

 

5. Locs Policy:

• To book starterlocs, loc extensions, or a reconstruction appointment, a prior consultation appointment is mandatory.
• Please ensure that you book the appropriate service corresponding to the number of locs you have.
• Sisterlocks, microlocs, and wicks services are not offered
